it's soldered to the motherboard..taking these phones apart is pretty standard, take a look at one of the other xperia guides and use that as a start. The part itself should also be standard across the range of sony xperia phones, so take a look on eBay/alibaba or whichever. You will need to be able to solder and desolder. this is one source of photo's which you could use for the teardown.
