My hp pavilion g6 laptop's built-in bluetooth device not working

i have formatted my laptop which came preinstalled with windows 7 basic. after fresh installation my bluetooth is not working.i am unable to instal bluetooth drivers available on hp website.while installing it is showing "bluetooth device not found". my wifi is working fine after installing its drivers. kindly provide solution so that i can use bluetooth provided in my laptop.
