Apple doesn't sell the chip (custom chip). Your only option is to get a replacement logic board or replace the phone

The Apple A5 Processor, made its first appearance inside the Apple iPad 2. An Apple A5 dual-core processor, features two ARM cores and supports Low Power DDR2 DRAM memory.
This chip can be replaced, but this is a very difficult process and requires an extremely skilled tech.

Your only hope is to replace the entire logic board. And you can only replace it with the same model board (can't upgrade).
