Can't watch TV online-help?

I access a TV program and I get a black screen with a white circle that goes round and round. I have watch online before and now I cannot access anything.What can I do to correct this problem?

what site are you watching? This sounds more like a software issue...

You may also need to upgrade the RAM, please tell us your configuration.

This is looking like a buffering issue. Is your internet connectivity good? You may try https://www.mobdro.site app for Live tv though.

Sadly not much -most likely your software is too old for the new updated websites. You'll have to get a newer laptop.
