My SIM connector is broken. How do I replace it?

Thanks for the brilliant teardown. Do you have ay recommendations on how to replace the SIM tray? Mine is browen (SIM accident) and now the Lumia 920 is a nice Zune.

Any advice on how to accomplish this? Are the parts easy to find?
