My iPod Touch Screen Is Popped out from the right side

the adhesive just isn't holding well. I would only send it in if they are willing to pay. it won't cause problems except when wet. There is a trick you can do with a dot of superglue(liquid, not gel) and scotch tape and a clamp to fix it.

Cover the section of glass (glass only, no plastic) with tape. put a small dab of superglue on the opening area, so it goes under the glass. not much, you need very little. as soon as you put the glue on, put a clamp on in the area lifting, don't make it so tight that you crack the screen, the bag closing clamps should be about strong enough. Wait a while, if any oozes, clean it up. When done, remove the clamp and tape, and done. looks new, and no mess on the glass from superglue.
