Is "CECH 4001 B model" PS3 250 GB dual voltage?
On the console it says 120 volts, does it fry the ps3 if i connect it to 240 volts?
I know PS3 slim is dual voltage? What about Super slim?

Ravi Tej, "the power supply is designed for inputs ranging from 100V to 240V AC, making it usable across the globe." check on here. Yes, it is a dual power supply and yes, you can use it with 240V. Hope this helps, good luck.

How about those PS3 made in China? Are they also dual voltage?

I totally confirm that! Tested yesterday and today (Poland ~235V measured) and PS3 is working without any issues. DO NOT BUY ANY CONVERTERS!! It is a waste of money :)
