Mic not working unless on speaker/Blue tooth/headphones

I recently replaced/customized my iPhone screen and midframe. Now when I make calls nobody can hear me. I can make calls w/ blue tooth, head phones, on speaker phone and people can hear me just fine. I replaced the proximity sensor cable assuming the little mic on it may not be working, however that has not fixed the problem. I also tried replacing the mic/speaker at the bottom of the phone and still no success. The speakers work just fine, but the mic doesn't work for apps like voice memo either. Could it be the charging port cable? Any suggestions?
