Unit works fine, but I hear a rattle like something moving around in the case when I move it from vertical to horizontal. Is this just a cable or do I have to open it up?

tarra, for as long as it works, I would leave it. Who knows, it could just be something that inadvertently got either stuck in there or came loose.
