Blinking Yellow Light Won't Turn Green

I haven't used my Airport Express for awhile and I put it in use with another Mac Laptop I have in another room. So I plugged it in and figured it would take a few minutes to stop blinking yellow and turn green.... Well, it just keeps blinking yellow. I am getting an Internet connection (so to speak). I need to have the level at green to have full use. I tried using a toothpick in that little hole to see if I could refresh it but nothing changed with the unit.

So, the question is how to get the 'green' light again?
