iPhone not responding when Connector 1 is attached

Hi there,

Recently i have acquired an iPhone that had very poor service. I was going to replace the top flex cable but however due to the condition of the back panel I decided to replace the whole back, including dock and vibrator. I replaced all the components with no hassle and the phone seemed to power on. It then suddenly crashed and kept rebooting seconds after powering on. I thought maybe the proximity sensor may not be connected correctly so reposition this and the phone seemed to come to life, however this time with full signal yet no backlight!

I tried a hard reboot only to find the phone wouldn't turn on at all unless connector 1 was disconnected, which ment no viable screen but itunes recognised the phone and vibrate/sound worked. When simply placing connector 1 back on the logic board the phone crashes and itunes no longer recognises the phone.

i understand this is a very specific question, but if anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated!

I have also tired new battery/back/screen/lcd
