Apple pro speakers, airport express and iFire

i have the latest airport express and some apple pro speakers and was wondering if it would be possible to connect the two with a Griffin iFire. If so how would it be done exactly?

As long as the iFire is powered (e.g. via an old iPod FireWire power adapter), it can take audio from whatever source is connected via 3.5mm audio jack, like an AirPort Express.
