my iphone4. sudenly dead and wont
tern on. i open it and pry out sleep butten
flex whtch include proximity sensor. conect to power for charge
it began to charge and turned on
i put flex to logic bord iphone freaze
and turned off. again no charging no
turning on. can power and proximity sensor or limbient light sensor
malfunction cause this or ther is another
problem?

Remove battery , remove flex , check the battery voltage and if it has more than 3.0V connect the battery but without changed flex cable and connecto it to usb.
Please share result.

battery voltage is about 4,when connect to usb it charge and sync whit itunes consider that flex is not connected(what you ment flex not changed)

I mean if you think that there is a problem with the pwr btn flex, because you said that aftyer changign it happened, try without it.Try also other charger flex may be something went wrong with it
i dident change anything ,after iphone
dead i opend it and remove wifi antenna
and remove 4 flex under it and tryed to
connect to charger ,it begun to charge
and finaly tured on i put flexes back one
by one,all was ok until proximity sensor
when put it back iphone freeze and went
black,no response to any thing ,remove
that cable (3ed from right ) everything
ok unless sleep button and proximity
ofcourse,what should i do replace that
flex or maybe logic bord is bad,

Try to change flex first

Your question has me confused. You use a term "power flex" ? Is this the battery flex? When you pry it up, and connect to power it turns on, then when connect to logic board it turns off, if this is battery you are connecting and disconnecting. Then try a new battery.
