<title><![CDATA[Hp Compaq 6000: How hard is it to find a good DMS-59 connector?]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>So as many here may or may not know, I had a Dell 530s in service for some time on Win7 Ultimate. That machine can't take a C2Q with mine, but I found a HP Compaq 6000 SFF for $28 with the Q9400 CPU out of the box stock.</p>

<p>The machine shipped with a ATI Radeon HD 4550 HP OEM with the DMS-59 :-(. Is it possible to find a good DMS-59 to HDMI or DP today, or is it just time to get a better card that better fits the Q9400?</p>]]></description>

<title><![CDATA[Craftsman Riding Mower: Craftsman DLT3000 Blades not fully disengaging]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>2005 Craftsman DLT3000</p>

<p>Tried all I could think of ... new springs. New brake arms, new engagement cable and checked and smoothed the engagement plate which was barely notched.  The engagement plate is moving fine and brakes are engaging.</p>

<p>If the deck is lowered all the way and I engage the blades, then disengage them, they will stop spinning after a few seconds but if I then raise the deck, the blades will re-engage on their own. The same if I try to disengage the blades (via lever) while deck is in a higher position than 1; they will not disengage. The higher the deck level the more they will engage.</p>

<p>They do not appear to be fully engaged, as there is a kind of grinding crunching noise and the smell of the belt burning.</p>

<p>Any ideas would be super appreciated!</p>]]></description>

<title><![CDATA[Kindle Voyage: Attempt at reanimation after bad update]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>A couple of years ago I left wifi on my Voyage on overnight and it connected to the Amazon services, downloaded an updated and attempted to install it all by itself. However, the update progress stopped at around 15% and the whole device was basically bricked. When I try to reboot or reset it with the power button it always reboots into the update, starts installing it again and freezes again at 15%. When I try to connect it to the computer, the computer does not see it. When I wait for the battery to fully die and then connect it to the computer, the computer sees that there is a device connected, but I cannot do anything with it as there is no option to access the storage or mount it or anything of the sort.</p>

<p>I have attempted pretty much all hacks available on the internet and contacted Amazon support, who told me it's a corpse, gave me a 200 dollars for a new devices and I kinda accepted that Voyage is now a paperweight right next to the new paperwhite. However, I recently came across the idea of jailbreaking the kindle and thought I might try it with the Voyage and see if there is any way of reanimating it.</p>

<p>So what I want to ask, does anyone know if I can do some kind of full factory reset, even with a wipe? Or if there is clear cmos kind of button inside? I don't mind disassembling it if I could fix it. Maybe there is a way to bypass the OS on the device and directly connect memory storage to the computer or some kind of microcontroller programmer so I can manipulate files directly?</p>

<description><![CDATA[<p>I have an HTC Desire 510 where the screen will not scroll down. I have already tried a hard factory reset and cleaning the screen, but the issue persists in all apps. It seems to be a hardware 'dead zone' on the digitizer. Are there any other software or hardware tricks to try before attempting a full digitizer replacement? <title><![CDATA[Nintendo 3DS XL 2015: Faulty power button? Not responding at all.]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>So after getting back on my new 3ds xl after a few months, I found it would not boot. The charging light did appear, and I gave it a while, but still no boot. Somehow, after removing battery, holding the power button, reinserting battery and pressing power button again, I managed to get the console to boot into a Luma menu.</p>

<p>When the console was on, it operated as normal, but I couldn’t open the shut down menu, as the power button wouldn’t respond. After shutting down the console via Rosalina, I am unable to repeat the same method of booting the console.</p>

<p>Any advice?</p>
