Power off your phone. Hold Volume Up and the Power button for a few seconds. A screen with different options will show up. Navigate using the volume buttons to move up and down and the power button to select. Select "Wipe Data/Factory Reset"

This will reset all unsynced data on your device. You can use your Google Account after you restart the device to get back into your phone.
