Yes, could be caused by a faulty/dirty Micro Sd card slot.
First, just try to clean it! Clean it with some isopropryl alcohol and see if the pins inside are clean. Also check if it’s damaged or not.
If it is damaged or not working after good cleaning, you probably need to replace the port…
This is difficult as you do need to solder. You can get it out with a heat gun. Do you have any soldering experience? If not, you can ask a local repair shop to do the repair for you.
