@kathleenneiman this sounds like a software/settings issue but not a hardware issue. On here, we are more fixiert on hardware. I would suggest you check forums that deal more with the software side of things. Places like https://forums.androidcentral.com/ as well https://xdaforums.com/ might be a good start.
