You should try to avoid getting 3rd party displays since they tend to not be as high quality which can result in issues such as reduced sharpness. So if possible try to go for an official Apple display if you can find one.

As for the lid angle sensor, I don't think you will need to replace it if you were to perform such a replacement. However, you would most definitely need to calibrate it.
