I have a new EGL Stick hoover and for some reason out of the blue the roller has stopped, I have taken it off, cleaned it out checked everywhere to see if it’s blocked and No it isn’t. The roller clips are not even moving. I have no idea 🤷‍♀️ what’s stopping it . I can’t even find the model number as I would also like to get a hard roller for my carpets as this soft one doesn’t pick everything up. Any advice would be greatly appreciated thanks
