WHY is the phone still saying unknown battery part

It still says unknown battery part on settings also it keeps shutting off and restarting randomly sometimes Immediately , sometimes I'll give it forty five minutes, any help with keeping the phone on, would help. Free preference, however cost is understood. P.s. the phone was a brand new government phone
