Screen still works, but the touch recognition doesn't.

So my Samsung Galaxy A04's screen is perfectly fine. Volume buttons still work, power button still works. but the touch recognition ***DOES NOT***. I did not drop it, or do anything, it was just in my bag. The screen also stays on for too long, I kept its screen timeout for 15 seconds, but it did not turn off. Until the touch recognition suddenly went out. Help me.
