My tecno-spark-8-pro-phone's keyboard not showing

My phone suddenly didn't have a keyboard anymore, and of course, I decided to turn it off and open it again but when I wanted to; it didn't have a keyboard so I couldn't open it. but it's still working and everything I just can't open it because it has no keyboard(I have a screen-lock password). I also don't remember my phone's ''main'' email nor its password.
