Here is the possible solutions I got:
***Reset:***
Since you use a Bose smart speaker you can ***Factory Reset*** it from the Bose Connect app.
Pick ***Speaker***>***Speaker Settings***>***Reset*** (can be called ***Factory Reset*** aswell).
***Cleaning:***
If the speaker has accumulated dirt or grime, you can rinse it under running water. The SoundLink Flex is IP67-rated, which means it’s waterproof and can withstand being submerged in water (for limited of time, dont let it bath and be careful).
Allow the speaker to air dry completely before using it again.
***Enviroment/Connection:***
There can be distubance in the communication between your devices. Try to connect the speaker to another device and try to use it on an place without many other wirless devices.
''Extra: Bluetooth operates in the 2.4 GHz frequency band, which is also used by other devices like Wi-Fi routers, microwaves, and baby monitors etc. etc.''
***Firmware:***
Check for firmware/software update in the Bose Connect app.
***Hardware:***
I don't really have an solution on this one but there can be some internal issues with the speaker "unit" itself or something else.
-Hope your sounds get better and I could help you!
