If your phone still vibrates, it most likely means the screen is just dead.
as your phone is likely still under warranty, you should be able to take it to Samsung and they will replace it for you.
otherwise, you can have a 3rd party repair shop do the repair or simply do the repair yourself. Luckily this is quite easy on most Samsung A-Series phones.
If you want to attempt the repair yourself, you'll either need a new LCD panel or whole replacement frame with the LCD included.
I would recommend just replacing the panel, as Samsung LCD panels tend to be rather robust. It will also save you from the extra risks and complications involved in transferring components over to the new housing. I will paste links to both the panel and housing with the panel included as well as a guide on doing this repair.

Please note that performing the repair yourself or having a repair shop do the repair for you will most likely void your phones warranty.
