@riz4life you could always ask the service provider to unlock it for you. This is from the "Secret Codes" for your Nokia.  Anytime you use something like this, you are using it at your own risk:

Insert the SIM card

Turn on the phone

Press-hold Volume Up for three seconds

Press C after the pin code appears on-screen,

Press  ''and wait for a message to flash,''

''Press'' once more and then type in 04*pin*pin*pin#
