@blackpandayt Ghost Touch is commonly caused by an issue between the digitizer layers. the only way to really fix it is by replacing the display assembly.
Since iFixit does not yet have a guide for this, use something like [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eHKeSISBR1E|this video] Replacement displays are readily available at many online stores. Just make sure you purchase one for your exact version.
While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do.
