According to this [https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/lcd-tvs-kdlxxr4xxb-series/kdl-32r420b/software/00269731|link] the latest and last version (no more after this) is v4.114. (Click on Submit in the link)

With most TVs you can't reinstall the same version or downgrade to an earlier version, you can only update to a later version
