If you haven't already done so, try reinstalling the battery drivers.

Press Windows key + R to open a Run command box.

Type ''devmgmt.msc'' and press Enter.

In Device Manager, click on the ''Batteries'' categories to expand the list.

Right click on ''Microsoft ACPI-Complaint Control Method Battery***.***''

Click on ''Uninstall.''

Restart the laptop and check.
