Hi @jonatanekstedt
Can you detect any images on the new display if you shine a flashlight at an angle close to the screen when the phone is on?
-If not, then there's a problem with the backlight circuit in the phone.
+If not, then there's a problem with the screen.
Since the original display still lights up, but with no images, the systemboard and flex cable seem to be OK so I was wondering if you have got the correct display module for the phone.
The Samsung part number of the Galaxy A12 (SM-A125F) LCD + digitizer module is GH96-14116A so hopefully you didn't get the display module for a Galaxy A12 Nacho also known sometimes as a Galaxy A12s (SM-A127F) which is GH82-26486A GH82-26485A (for the BOE flex version) or GH82-26925A (for the LTPS flex version).
There's got be be a reason why the displays have different part numbers otherwise they should be able to use the same one for both models.
If you got the wrong one, search online using the appropriate ''part number only'', to find suppliers that suit you best.
