I purchased an Icloud locked iPhone no refund need help unlock icloud

I have a A13 running IOS15.6 which i ordered online used , was advertised unlocked and did necessary calling for a refund and completely sruck out, listing was gone no more contact  information on the site about the seller. Unfortunately phone is icloud lock and i don't have money to pay for it to pay for unlocking service. My question is any free Software online or freeware site i can use for removing Icloud lock for free of course will  be a blessing please.
