Tiny Water Droplets/Condensation Trapped Inside Both Red Sensors

Hello.

My Fitbit Inspire HR will not turn on or reset. I have noticed water or condensation trapped in both red sensors on the bottom. Is there a way to dry/fix it, and if not, is there a teardown guide ***with a way to put it back together***? Thanks!
