Display screen became black

Hello team , my hp elitebook 840 g2 when i did factory reset automatically my display goes black screen and fan runs in loud speed also power is on, continously flashing caps lock and scroll button . I cleaned RAM and battery but not working still the display is black please help me out from this as soon as possible.
