LG V60 T mobile Unlocked Version Network Intermittently Disconnected

Hi.... I Trust you are doing well! I bought a T mobile Unlocked LG V60 to use in Indonesia via eBay site. Unfortunately, it's been 1 month since I received the mobile and from the very beginning, itself network gets completely disconnected frequently. during the network disruption, a notification pops up that the carrier request is being processed. Now that i am unable to even return the phone since it shipped from china also i have tried different APN setting of T mobile and other Indonesian Carriers but the issue still persists. Appreciate if you can provide me a solution to resolve this issue. Thank you
