IF NONE OF THE ABOVE SOLUTIONS WORK:

The microphone (orange/pink cable) may have come loose, or the microphone is broken. I just repaired my DSI which randomly stopped turning on. Blue light but both screens are ''off''. The microphone cable came loose and popped up (It is directly to the wifi card once you pop the back off). I put it back on and it booted first try.

It could either be the wifi card (as listed above), or it could be the microphone.
