You can try changing the CPU to improve performance but it won’t improve it that much.

The laptop only support a ''maximum of 4GB'' PC3-8500 200 pin SODIMM ram and even though Win 10 will work with this amount of ram it works a lot better with 8GB.

The CPU is a Socket-P µFCPGA type but you may have to check what chipset is used to make sure that you get a compatible CPU if you decide to upgrade.
It may be easier to try replacing the HDD with a 2.5” sata SSD and then check the performance of the laptop. (check online for how to replace a laptop HDD with a SSD)
