I have same horizontal lines issue. I went to apple store and sent MBP back under the Stage-light program, I have just received my MBP with new screen for free.
 
Just talk to a guy in Genius bar, go thought some diagnose and question and ask for sent your MBP to repair center under the program. What you expected is just waiting for your mac ship to your address with new screen. That’s it.
