before reading this… i tried

1 restarting my samsung[br]

2. VOLTE on off

# airplane mode
# i’ve tried everything

finally, my way to solve it was… call button, key pad, top 3 dots, settings, call waiting off and wifi calling off, show caller ID -default to operator settings
