I have a Dell latitude E6430, recently it started flickering unto the screen was totally dim.i suspected the the inverter to have been the problem but i tested it and it was working fine. my other guess was the screen lamp. I then took it for repair and the technician said the screen lamps don’t die. he instead said the the screen board is the dead one. He built in another board for the laptop so the lights got back on. The only problem there right now is the screen brightness is no-longer at its maximum like it used to be even after adjusting it to max. Please i need your advise on resolving the issue.
