Spilled water ..now screen upside down and not all keys work...

Spilled soda last night…..shut off right away, took out battery and left to dry ….out back together tonight and screen is upside down and not all keys work…..shift/alt/uparrow doesn't work….some of the keys for my password don't work so I can't get to the settings tab to try and fix that way….touch screen still works
