To simply answer the question, no. You can put a brand new seal/adhesive in the back glass/rear housing, but it’s not guaranteed that it will be waterproof. Unless you have some kind of press that holds the parts together until it binds properly. [br]

Just speaking out of experience, opening a device that has been opened before is a lot easier than one that has never been open.
