Hey, I'm a apple customer from India. I'd bought my MBP 2016 15 inch in late 2017 and have just detected the beginning of flexgate today, the 26th of December 2019(The spotlights have appeared). What I need to know is whether a screen replacement is a permanent fix for the same . That is, does the official screen replacement have a longer cable? Or is it still prone to flexgate after a year or two of usage?
