I can play anything from DVDs to all apps, but I can not play any downloaded digital games or any disc games at all. It acts as if it's about to load the game then sends me right to the home screen, without any error messages. Have done everything from factory reset to duster to offline update, I still cant play games….. if it helps figure out problem, i was downloading a game, fell asleep and woke up to it grinding and froze. I instantly turned it off. Every since then, no game play.
