Dancing Light Tower Water Won't Turn Off

I have a Sound Logic Dancing Light Tower Bluetooth speaker. I can not get the water to STOP shooting up even when no music is playing. I unplugged it for several days and it is still continuously shooting the water up. Does anybody no why this is happening/ have a way to fix it?
