Hate to say it but when it comes to printers most of the time its more cost effective to replace it. Especially if it is a few years old. [br]

Take a look and make sure there isn’t paper jammed in there far enough to prevent the heads from moving to print. [br]
If possible try printing and see if the heads will even move to put anything on the paper. It can be issues with gears damaged and not allowing it to move over to put the ink on the paper. [br]
Sometimes you really got to look closely and try tilting to see if you have any broken pieces that come out. [br]
