Have you tried to check basic connections as:- 1.All wires they are well connected. 2. Ensure that the audio and video cables are connected to the same inputs on the TV. 3.If you found any problems with audio cables try to replace the audio cables with a different set. '''If the issue remains,''' Check the output of the device that is sending the signal, e.g. set top box or PVR or cable box etc. by connecting it to another TV if possible. '''If the issue remains there ''' > Reboot your set top box or PVR or cable box by unplugging the power cord for 5 to 10 seconds and then plugging it back in. > When the time is displayed on the front of the Spectrum Receiver( set top box or PVR or cable box), turn it back on.
