PS4 doesn't start blinks blue

Hey everyone,

I have a PS4 which won't start. All that happens is that the blue light turns on and continuously dims and brightens again. No white light appears, and the PS4 doesn't respond to the controller. I've already tried using a different power supply, but no luck there. I'd greatly appreciate any help.
