Hey Cameron. I wanted to ask you, are you using Windows 10? Awhile back  I had a similar issue with a customer's new SSD. It turns out it was a bug with Windows, what you need to do is open Disk Management and check which drives are there, if it is showing in the BIOS, it should be there. Change the system volume letter, and restart your PC. Then open File Explorer, and verify in My PC if it is showing. If not, you could try changing the file path and restarting.
