Caitlin - Did you try the Smartbyte Drivers as suggested?
My daughter's laptop has been having the same issues since purchase and hours of support over the phone with Dell still not resolved.
Was going to try the Smartbyte Driver uninstall, but before I did wanted to know whether this resolved the issues permanantly?
