Hi @xdencio , Does it show other networks at all in the WiFi list? What is the number of WiFi signal strength bars showing for your network when you are standing in front of the router? If it is a low number (1-2) for your network then there may be a problem with the tablet's WiFi antenna connection. Here is a link to the ifixit [[Topic:Nabi Big Tab HD24]] repair guides. They are useful in that they show how to access the systemboard to which the antenna should be connected. Unfortunately none of the pictures in any of the guides show the actual antenna so you will have to open it up and see if you can find it. Look for a single wire attached to the systemboard but not connected to anything else,(although maybe not if it has broken off, then it would be just a wire connected to nothing at either end). Depending on the type of connection it could be either soldered onto the systemboard or plugged into it via a co-axial type connector, which will be very small - don't think TV size. How old is the tablet? If it is less than 12 months consult the ''manufacturer's warranty'' statement (usually found in the User Guide) as to what to do to make a claim for a manufacturer's warranty repair or replacement. Hopefully this is of some help.
