Unfortunately, that sounds like a dead battery or dead logic board. iFixit offers both of those parts and their repair guides. Try the battery first. If that doesn't fix it, try the logic board. If that doesn't fix it, replace the following parts in this order: lock button, Lightning port board, display assembly, home button assembly.
